Natural yogurt

Studies have revealed that consuming yogurt actually makes the body flush out toxins, hydrates the body and gets rid of fungus. It helps in fighting particularly with the vagina fungal infections, throat infections and more.

Garlic

  • Mix garlic paste with a few drops of olive oil. This smooth paste is both healing and moisturizing. Apply it on the fungal infected areas and let it dry for about 30 minutes. Wash it off and feel the difference. Repeat the therapy for a few times to get rid of fungal infection.
  • For vaginal fungal infections people have tried putting in the garlic cloves inside their vagina for a few minutes and have gotten good results out of it. However, it is only safe when you have the right mechanism to use it.

Green tea

Green Tea is anti-inflammatory and has the ability to fight with the fungal infection quite well. Consumption of green tea on a daily basis keeps your immunity levels on check and helps alleviate fungal infections too. Collect the used green tea bags and chill them in the refrigerator to use it as the therapy for removing fungal infection. These cold green tea bags can be applied on the affected areas to get immediate relief.

Turmeric

Wash the affected area with turmeric water to ward off the infection. Regular practice with reduce the infection and give better results. Turmeric paste can also be used as a viable option to treat the infection. Apply the paste and keep it overnight for better results.

Neem

Peepal tree leaves

Boil some leaves of peepal tree in some water. Let it cool down. Wash the affected area with the water for better results. Paste of peepal tree leaves can be used as an effective way to treat the fungal infection. It can be applied for a few hours and then be washed off.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera gel can be applied directly on the affected area. It will have a soothing effect on the skin and reduce the infection.

Mint leaves

Mint leaves will have a soothing effect on the infected area. Mint leaves can be put in a bucket full of water and be put to boil. Let the water cool down and use it to wash the affected area. Paste of mint leaves can be made and then applied on the affected area. Let it rest for some hours and it can then be washed off. Camphor powder

Take 5 grams of camphor powder with 1 gram of naphthalene powder and kerosene oil. Mix the three ingredients and then apply the paste onto the affected area. Leave it for some time and then wash it off. This paste should be applied twice a day for better and effective results. Camphor has a soothing effect and anti-fungal qualities. Camphor powder can also be used alone to treat fungal infections.

Black grams

Make paste of black grams and mix it with some honey. Apply the paste onto the affected area for better results.

Lemon

Tea tree oil

Eucalyptus oil

Eucalyptus oil can also be very beneficial to treat fungal infection. It can be applied and be left overnight for better and effective results.

Cloves
