Our blood pressure is measured in two scales. One is systolic and other is diastolic. These blood pressure are caused by the contraction and relaxation of our heart. Like salt water lemon juice also helps to normalise your blood pressure. It is very much effective in getting rid of tiredness and fatigue. It also gives relief from heat waves and temperatures. Drinking lemon water in the morning can make you feel energised whole day and also help to shed extra weight. Even if you do not have low blood pressure adding lemon water to your diet can reduce the risk of getting hypotension low.
