Adding a teaspoon or two of molasses to a cup of warm milk can help with easing the pain of the cramps. Consume this mixture as needed. If you are lactose intolerant, try almond milk.

Chamomile tea

Chamomile tea is an amazing drink that can provide a lot of antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory benefits that can help in relaxing the muscles of the uterine walls to ease the contractions that can lead to pain during your periods. You will need to add some boiling water in a cup with a tea bag of chamomile tea.
