Stress and anxiety

Take a roller bottle of 10ml. Take 5 drops of patchouli and ylang-ylang essential oil, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 3 drops of cedar wood, bergamot, and frankincense essential oil each and put them in a roller bottle. Fill the space left in the bottle with a carrier oil, rub it over your body for 20-30 minutes for results.

Face acne

Take 2-3 drops of tea tree oil and mix it with honey, massage it oven the acne. After 2 minutes of massage wash your skin. Repeat this twice every week for effective results.

Insomnia

Take 2 drops of lavender oil, 2 drops of clary sage essential oil and 1 drop of bergamot essential oil and put it in ultrasonic cool air diffuser. Run it for 45 minutes to 1 hour before going to sleep.

Dandruff

Mix 2 drops of rosemary essential oil and 2 drops of lavender oil with jojoba carrier oil, massage your scalp for at least 10 minutes. Shampoo your hair afterward.
